Here's what you get if you choose Fixpertize for your domestic appliance repair:

1. Simple Pricing Structure

  • A fixed diagnostic fee starting from £ 39, which covers the time spent by the engineer inspecting the device and identifying the cause of the fault. After the diagnosis you will be informed about the condition of the device and what needs to be repaired. Once the engineer has determined the cause of the damage, he will try to repair it if possible. The engineer has several main parts in stock in his van. If the engineer is unable to determine the cause of the fault, no service fee will be charged.
  • After diagnostics, if the engineer finds that the repair is uneconomical, we will provide several options to replace the device. If you do not wish to proceed with the replacement, you will only be charged a diagnostic fee.
  • A repair fee that covers the time spent by the engineer to repair and test the appliance and is paid when the fault has been rectified.
  • If new parts are required, we will give you a fixed offer for them before proceeding with the repair. This usually takes from 1 to 5 business days.
  • No additional charge for repeat visits if a new part needs to be ordered.
  • We provide a discount for each additional appliance needed for repairs on the first visit.
  • All Parking fees related to the job are covered by the customer.

2. Warranty Guaranteed

  • For Domestic Appliances: We offer a 12 month warranty for our work and parts installed.This means that if the appliance gets the same fault, we will fix it for free.
  • For Commercial Appliances: We offer a 12 month warranty for our work, but not for the parts installed.

3. Easy Way To Pay

  • To make things easier, we accept all major credit and debit cards and cash. Our commercial customers can be invoiced and can pay by bank transfer or card.
